GRANULATORS FOR PLASTICS
We produce complete granulators of very strong and heavy duty construction, guarantee of long life and trouble free operation. The cutting knives are made of special steel and are hardened and ground. They are assembled on strong shaft that is running on strong external bearing-groups, so as to eliminate overheating problems. Further more water cooling of the bearings is not needed.
The feeding mouth is made of heavy duty steel sheet, welded to strong and vibration free unit. The screen is easy to change and clean due to simple opening of the granulator body. On the model MY 30/45 it is assisted by hand operating hydraulic pump and hydraulic cylinder. During the elaboration of hard materials the heavy flywheel equalizes the cutting shocks. The electric board is complete with main switch, fuses, start-stop buttons, 3 phase indicating lamps and safety switch for protection during accidental opening of the cutting chamber.
